I'm still not quite up on bokeh but I like this shot, it's almost abstract and then the warm idea of a stove handle. Very nice!

I feel it is easier to attain Bokeh on Natural shapes due ti the lack of straight line but with the box in the background that is a real acomplishment.

Wow, you did a great job with the depth of field here. The attention is just where you want it. Is it a woodstove door handle?

Thank you for the great coments, Yes, it is a wood burning stove handle. Bokeh is when there is a focus area and then a Blurred. Thats about as good a explaination I can come up with. Here is the wickipedia version

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bokeh

Bokeh (derived from Japanese, a noun boke 暈け, meaning "blurred or fuzzy") is a photographic term referring to the appearance of out-of-focus areas in an image produced by a camera lens using a shallow depth of field.[1] Different lens bokeh produces different aesthetic qualities in out-of-focus backgrounds, which are often used to reduce distractions and emphasize the primary subject.
Thanks again
